There are moments in life when we feel a call. As though we are standing on a threshold of change, but we are not quite sure what the next step should be.
Quite often, this call comes within a transition. One chapter closes, and a new one begins. Midlife transitions, retirement, children leaving home, changes in relationships, loss, or simply the quiet realization that who you once were is no longer who you are becoming — all invite us into a deeper inquiry of our lives. This retreat is an invitation to remember what is true to you and who you truly are.
Set among the breathtaking red rock landscapes of Sedona, this retreat is a sacred space to pause, reflect, release, and reconnect with the fullness of who you are — beyond roles, expectations, and past identities. Through intentional movement, meditation, ritual, journaling, nature immersion, and restorative practices, we will explore what it means to meet change with presence, compassion, and trust.
Rather than “fixing” or pushing forward, we honor the wisdom within transition. Together, we will create space for grief where it exists, gratitude for what has been, and clarity for what is emerging. You’ll be guided to listen deeply to your heart, reconnect with your inner knowing, and remember the wholeness that has always lived within you.
This retreat is for you if you are:
• Navigating a life transition or season of change
• Feeling called to slow down and reconnect with yourself
• Longing for meaning, clarity, and renewal
• Ready to honor both what you are releasing and what is becoming
You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and reconnected — with renewed energy, a clearer sense of direction, and a deeper trust in the unfolding of your life.
We are thrilled to be hosting this year's retreat at Selah Carefarm, just outside of Sedona. Selah Carefarm is a truly special sanctuary that was built to support folks who have experienced traumatic grief and bereavement. Although our time here will not center around traumatic loss, we will honor the space as a place for deep healing and transformation.
The farm is home for over 50 animals that have all been rescued. Horses, goats, cats, and even a few pigs are amongst the animals that have found their forever homes here on more than 20 beautiful, green acres.
There are 2 primary houses that we will be staying in. Andy's Sanctuary has beautiful, comfortable accommodations, a large central kitchen, and a yoga/movement studio. The Creek House is equally comfortable and spacious. We will be the only group on the farm.
Located along the Oak Creek River, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for practices, wandering, quiet time, and gathering. For a closer look at what Selah Carefarm offers, check this out.
Sedona is a place of profound natural beauty and quiet power — where towering red rock formations, wide desert skies, and ancient landscapes invite reflection, healing, and renewal. Long regarded as a spiritual sanctuary, Sedona is known for its grounding energy and deep sense of connection to the earth.
Here, nature becomes both teacher and companion — offering space to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what truly matters. It is the perfect setting for a retreat devoted to returning to self, honoring life’s transitions, and reconnecting with the fullness of who you are.
Breakfast and Dinner each day are included in the cost of your retreat. We will be serving delicious, vegan meals while at our homebase (and in accordance with the practices at Selah Carefarm). For those of you not used to vegan faire, no worries. We will make sure to offer enough protein options (plant-based) to satisfy your hunger and nourishment needs.
Each house has a full-sized kitchen with plenty of space for storing any personal food items you would like to have on hand.
**Please note that Selah Carefarm has a strict vegan and no alcohol policy. This policy does not extend to the retreat in general. You are free to nourish yourself as you please when off property.
